Can businesses or studios donate surplus supplies?

Yes. We're happy to accept larger donations from studios or businesses. Please contact us first to discuss.

Are donations paid for?

Donations are unpaid. Your contribution supports creative reuse and sustainable making and increasing affordable access to crafting supplies.

Do you accept international donations?

At this time we only accept donations from within the UK.

Welcome to the LifeCraft Studio website terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before placing your order.

By using this website and/or placing an order, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Product descriptions and colour accuracy

We have taken great care to ensure that LifeCraft Studio product descriptions are accurate.

As our products are second hand, they may be imperfect. We have included descriptions of any flaws such as pulls, snags and small stains in the product description. We recommend that fabric is washed when purchased.

We cannot completely guarantee colour accuracy. This is because colour resolution on computer monitors can vary, so we cannot guarantee what our customers are seeing.

In addition, when photographing fabrics it can be difficult to achieve an exact colour match – conditions such as lighting can sometimes affect the result. For advice on shades or colour matching, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Product availability

LifeCraft Studio products are subject to availability.

Our products are second hand and by their nature limited. If for any reason, the fabric you have ordered is no longer available we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the choice between a full refund and an alternative item of equal value.

Making a purchase

Before paying for your LifeCraft studio items, you have the option of registering to create an account (or logging in if already registered).

Registering is completely optional, but it does allow you to pass through check-out more quickly on future visits.

When you check out, a postage charge will be added to the cost of the product(s) being purchased. See delivery details for rates.

Payment methods

LifeCraft Studio customers can pay by Paypal and most major credit or debit cards.

No financial details – such as card numbers – are ever stored with LifeCraft Studio.

Once your order has been received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from LifeCraft Studio. If you do not receive an e-mail within 4 hours, please contact us via hello@lifecraftstudio.co.uk.
