Yes. Small bundles, remnants, and individual items are always welcome.

Can businesses or studios donate surplus supplies?

Yes. We're happy to accept larger donations from studios or businesses. Please contact us first to discuss.

Are donations paid for?

Donations are unpaid. Your contribution supports creative reuse and sustainable making and increasing affordable access to crafting supplies.

Do you accept international donations?

At this time we only accept donations from within the UK.

Delivery Information

We deliver within UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. We do not deliver internationally.

Delivery is free if you spend over £75.

Orders weighing under 750g and fitting in a Royal Mail Large Letter mailer cost £2.95

Orders Weighing Under 750g - 2Kg cost £3.95

Orders 2Kg - 10Kg cost £7.95

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail using a 48 hour service. Orders typically take 3-5 working days to arrive though delivery to offshore or remote locations can take a little longer.

On occasion orders may be split into more than one delivery. If your order has not arrived within 10 days of placing the order, please get in touch via hello@lifecraftstudio.co.uk

Returns

We strive to give as accurate photographs and descriptions of products as possible, but if you have extra questions about anything please do get in touch.

We do not offer refunds on cut fabric or trimmings unless there is a fault with the item. Please contact us with photographs of the fault by emailing hello@lifecraftstudio.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.
