If you change your mind, email hello@lifecraftstudio.co.uk within 14 days after receiving your order to let us know you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to send the items back. You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

You may inspect items as you would in a shop. Cutting, washing, sewing or other handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them may reduce your refund.

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can help and arrange a suitable return. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
