Returns, cancellations and refunds

We want you to feel confident buying pre-loved supplies from LifeCraft Studio. If you have a question about an item or an order, please email hello@lifecraftstudio.co.uk.

Changing your mind

You can cancel your order before dispatch or notify us that you wish to return it within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. You do not need to give a reason.

This applies to our standard products, including pre-loved fabric remnants, fixed-length trims and sewing supplies.

Email hello@lifecraftstudio.co.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Please include your order number, if available, and identify the items you are returning. You may use the cancellation form below, but this is optional.

Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. You do not need to wait for our approval to exercise your cancellation rights.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. Please package items securely and keep evidence of posting.

Looking after items before returning them

You may inspect items as you would in a shop to assess their nature and characteristics.

Please avoid cutting, washing, sewing, altering or using fabric and trims before deciding whether to keep them. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods.

There is no restocking fee.

Refunds for cancelled orders

We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

If you cancel your entire order, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.

Refunds will be made using your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from its description, please email hello@lifecraftstudio.co.uk as soon as you reasonably can. Include your order number, if available, and photographs if helpful.

You normally have a short-term right to reject faulty or misdescribed goods within 30 days of delivery. Rights to a repair, replacement or other remedy can continue after that period.

We will cover reasonable return postage costs where goods are faulty, misdescribed or supplied incorrectly. Contact us so we can arrange a suitable return method.

Buying pre-loved supplies

Our goods are pre-loved unless stated otherwise. Please read the description, measurements and any disclosed condition details before purchasing.

The pre-loved nature of an item does not remove your consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
