Do you accept small donations?

Yes. Small bundles, remnants, and individual items are always welcome.

Can businesses or studios donate surplus supplies?

Yes. We're happy to accept larger donations from studios or businesses. Please contact us first to discuss.

Are donations paid for?

Donations are unpaid. Your contribution supports creative reuse and sustainable making and increasing affordable access to crafting supplies.

Do you accept international donations?

At this time we only accept donations from within the UK.

Refund policy

Returns

We strive to give as accurate photographs and descriptions of products as possible, but if you have extra questions about anything please do get in touch.

We do not offer refunds on cut fabric or trimmings unless there is a fault with the item. Please contact us with photographs of the fault if possible by emailing hello@lifecraftstudio.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.
